ROE DEER

Hunting location; central Spain, Castilla y leon & Aragon.The smallest and most elegant native deer in Spain

 

Hunting terrain;  Varied; the landscape is dominated by a vast mix of open moors, grasslands and cereal crops, dense wooded areas, whilst the lower areas are clad with oaks, holm oaks and junipers.

Hunting method: spot & stalking, Rifle/bow hunting, we recommend, at least 3 hunting days to achieve our goal; additional days can be added by request.

Trophy success; 99%.

Taxonomy; Usually solitary, males around 50/60 pounds body weight, antlers grow straight up with 3x3 tines. Not difficult to find non-typical trophies with extra tips.
